The Pandemic Fund

A Venezuelan and Latvian national, Gabriela Grinsteins is a Senior Counsel in the Development Finance Unit of the Legal Vice-Presidency of the World Bank.  She has experience as counsel for Trust Funds, Financial Intermediary Funds (including The Pandemic Fund, CGIAR, the Haiti Reconstruction Fund, and the Green Climate Fund) and the international Development Association. He also brings expertise and experience in World Bank operations as country lawyer for Mexico, Colombia, Brazil, Guatemala, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Romania, within other World Bank Member countries. Before joining the World Bank, Gabriela worked as a lawyer in the legal department of Procter & Gamble in Caracas, Venezuela.
