Mr. Saud M. AlBarrak is the Director General of International Financial Institutions at the Ministry of Finance (MoF) in Saudi Arabia. He also serves as the Saudi Deputy-Deputy in the G20 Finance Track and acts as the lead representative at the International Financial Architecture Working Group. Prior to this role, he held the position of Director of the Multilateral Development Banks and Funds Department at MoF. Between 2019 and 2020, he served as a Policy Advisor at the Saudi G20 Presidency. Mr. AlBarrak holds a BA in Finance and an MBA from Al Yamamah University as well as a Postgraduate Diploma in Project Management from Washington State University.
