Robert Salerno is a senior advisor at the Pandemic Fund, responsible for leading the Fund’s External Advisor Council (EAC) and supporting program learning and performance management efforts.
Ersegül joined the Pandemic Fund as Senior Board Operations Officer in May 2025. She works with the Governing Board, plans and organizes Board meetings, advises on governance matters, and develops governance policies and procedures. She provides support to Board members, including onboarding new members and Board constituency building and contributes to the work of Board Committees. She also oversees the process to accredit potential Implementing Entities and the preparation of the Secretariat’s annual budget.
