Syed Moazzam Ali is a civil servant in the Government of Pakistan and has 30 years of professional experience at the Federal level. Presently he is working as Additional Secretary, Ministry of National Health Services Regulations and Coordination and is dealing with policy, development, administrative and financial matters of the Ministry besides coordination with development partners for implementation of international commitments in health sector.
The Honourable Dr. Frank Anthony, Minister of Health has been practicing medicine in Guyana since 1993. In addition to being in clinical practice over the years, Minister Anthony taught at the University of Guyana as an adjunct professor in Public Health and consulted for several organisations in this field. From 2006 to 2015, he served the people of Guyana as the Minister of Culture Youth and Sports, and as the shadow Minister of Health from 2015 to 2019.
Mr. Bo Zhang is Deputy Director General of the Center for Evaluation of the World Bank Loan Projects, Ministry of Finance of China since his appointment in July 2021.From 2016 to 2021, he successively served as director in the General Office and the Budget Department of the Ministry of Finance. He transferred to the General Office of the National Council for Social Security Fund and served as director during 2017 and 2019.
He holds a Ph.D in Finance from Renmin University of China.

Jiyoung Choi, Deputy Director General of the International Finance Bureau, Ministry of Economy and Finance (MOEF), Republic of Korea, assumed the current position in July 2024. Prior to this role, she served as the Head of the Planning and Management Team at the Secretariat of the National Economic Advisory Council (April 2023 - July 2024).
Kristen Chenier is the Director of Policy, Infectious Diseases and Pandemic Preparedness within Global Affairs Canada’s Health and Nutrition Bureau. She leads Global Affairs’ policy engagement in global health fora including the WHO, G20, and G7 and is responsible for GAC’s investments and engagement in combatting infectious diseases, as well as pandemic preparedness.
Syarifah Liza Munira is a health economist currently serving as the Director General, Health Policy Agency at the Ministry of Health, Republic of Indonesia. Her interest and expertise spans across a range of public health issues including global health systems, pharmaceuticals and vaccines, tobacco control, behavioral economics, and innovative financing.
