Daiho Fujii, Deputy Vice Minister for International Affairs (IDA Deputy), assumed the current position in July 2023 after serving as Director of Planning and Administration Division (2022 -2023) and Director of Development Policy Division (2021 -2022) of the International Bureau. Prior to these, he served as Director in the Tax Bureau (2020 -2021, in charge of international tax policy, 2019-2020, in charge of Research). He worked at the World Bank as Alternate Executive Director for Japan from 2013 to 2017.

Mohamed Hassany serves as the Health Minister's Assistant for Projects and Public Health Initiatives at the Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP) in Egypt. He is also an Associate Professor of Infectious Diseases and Hepatogastroenterology at the National Hepatology and Tropical Medicine Research Institute (NHTMRI) in Cairo. Additionally, he holds the position of Executive Director of the National Committee for Control of Viral Hepatitis (NCCVH), MoHP, Egypt.
